This session will be hosted by our founder & CEO, Chris McHale, in collaboration with a number of key subject matter experts.

Chris McHale.

Chris is responsible for the overall operational and financial success of SPK. Chris has over 25 years experience in the technology sector, starting in the trenches as a Unix consultant at Hewlett-Packard. She was the Business Manager of HP’s western professional services organization, before co-founding SPK in 1997. This early experience gave her a deep appreciation of the technology challenges faced by customers and engineers alike. She holds a BA with Honors from University of Virginia, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Sunil Mavadia

As the Director of Global Solutions Architecture with CloudBees, Sunil is focused on growing and managing high-performance teams in the Software Delivery Automation space. 

CloudBees knows that every business is a software business, and is under pressure to innovate constantly. This increased velocity introduces new business risks. Sunil is passionate about driving CloudBees vision of building the world’s first end-to-end automated software delivery system, enabling companies to balance governance and developer freedom. 

Carlos Almedia

As the Vice President of Engineering for SPK, Carlos focuses on combining practices of software engineering and operational continuous improvement for our customers. He sets the technical and business strategy for customer SDLC process engagements and SPK’s SaaS offering, as well as new business opportunities with top software ISVs.

His prior roles included Group Director of Engineering, Cadence Design Systems, leading global organizations focusing on Quality, Release Management, Program Management, Process & Tools Development, IT, and Manufacturing. Carlos also managed key partner technical relationships with customers such as Intel and HP.
